DELIVERY NOTE:

1.) Clients may have the options to arrange their own trucking or logistic or pick up their panels directly at our Cebu Main Plant and Davao Panabo Plant.

(Please note that arranging the logistic & delivery transactions is part of our free service) trucking & shipping cost will be shouldered by the client.

2.) Unloading of panels from the container or truck is not included in the delivery services.

3.) For Cebu delivery areas-unloading of panels using our boom truck-from the truck to the ground or up to 3rd floor is free of charge, provided that the project site is accessible to a 6-wheeler big boom truck.

3.) Delivery costs are subject to change without prior notice.

4.) For regular orders, minimum of at least 200-280 panels the lead time is 3-5 days upon receipts of order confirmation, 50% down payment of full payment. (Below 280 panels orders lead time is 2-3 days once payment is settled.)

5.) For pick-up at Cebu Main Plant and Davao Plant there is no minimum order required, you can buy, pick up cash & carry.

6.) For Cebu Main Plant in-house delivery minimum of 30-50 panels within 12kms radius-free.

7.) For bulk orders of orders of 1,000 panels or more, delivery or shipping will follow a staggered scheduled (weekly or bi-monthly) based on the client's installation requirements. Clients are encouraged to provide at least 5-6 days advance notice for their preferred delivery schedules.

WALLING & PAINTING GUIDELINES:

1.) Apply a primer coat such as Acrytex White to ensure proper adhesion on the smooth Calcium Silicate Board surface.

-Skim coat is optional, as FahstWALL panels already have a smooth finish ready for to accept painting works after panel installation.

-If a skim coat is used, applying Acrytex White primer before skim coating is highly recommended, followed by a light skim coat and your chosen paint. (Note: Ordinary skim coats may have poor adhesion.)

2.) Exterior Walls- Use a solvent-based paint type not water-based for better durability, as exterior panels are exposed to water and sunlight. Though FahstWALL Panels is waterproof and moisture proof ready.

3.) For panel joints, use of rubberized paintable sealant or (PU)sealant, injectable epoxy sealant is not ideal for wall joints as it behaves like cement hard and brittle which may lead to hairline cracks overtime. rubberized sealant is highly recommended for possible hairline cracks on joint or to help seamless smooth finished for panel joint.

Terms and Conditions Guidelines:

1.) Prices quoted are SRP or EX-Factory (Cebu or Davao Plant).

2.) Orders are billed based on actual delivery quantity (per Delivery Receipt), not on the quantity quotation.

3.) Fo accessories (e.g., deformed bars for dowels), clients may use materials from previous or existing projects. (Recommended size: 10mm-12mm).

4.) Prices are based on standard factory production quality. Any changes or special request that affect technical specifications will be subject to price adjustments and approval.

5.) All panels are inspected before leaving the plant. Any breakage due to mishandling will not be replaced, as panels can still be used for off-cuts or seruho.

6.) In case of order cancellation by the client paid 50% down payment or 100% full payment, 10% of the total order cost will be deducted.

7.) Final terms and conditions will be agreed upon by both parties prior to processing the order.

8.) Receipts issued will be cover the cost of panels and adhesive only.
